पुणे : आज पुण्यात ओमिक्रॉन व्हेरियंटची लागण झालेले रुग्ण मोठ्या प्रमाणात आढळल्यामुळे खळबळ उडाली आहे. संसर्गाचा वेग जास्त असलेल्या ओमिक्रॉन व्हेरियंटची लागण झालेले 50 नवे रुग्ण आज राज्यात सापडले आहेत. त्यातील 36 रुग्णांची नोंद एकट्या पुण्यात झाली आहे. तर पिंपरी-चिंचवडमध्ये 8 रुग्ण सापडले आहेत.

राज्यात ओमिक्रॉनची लागण झालेल्या रुग्णांची एकूण संख्या आता 510 झाली आहे. त्यापैकी 193 जणांना डिस्चार्ज मिळाला आहे. तर एका रुग्णाचा पिंपरी-चिंचवडच्या वायसीएम रुग्णालयात मृत्यू झाला आहे.

पुणे शहरातील कोरोनाची स्थिती

>> दिवसभरात 524 पॅाजिटिव्ह रुग्णांची वाढ झाली.
>> दिवसभरात रुग्णांना 79 डिस्चार्ज.
>> पुणे शहरातील 1 तर पुण्याबाहेर 1 अशा दोन कोरोना रुग्णांचा मृत्यू
>> 99 क्रिटिकल रुग्णांवर उपचार सुरू
>> पुण्यात एकूण पॉजिटिव्ह रूग्णसंख्या 5 लाख 11 हजार 141
>> पुण्यातील ॲक्टिव्ह रुग्ण संख्या 2 हजार 514
>> एकूण मृत्यू – 9 हजार 118
>> आजपर्यंत एकूण डिस्चार्ज- 4 लाख 99 हजार 509

 

रुग्णसंख्या सातत्याने वाढत असल्यामुळे राज्य सरकार सतर्क झाले आहे. राज्य सरकारकडून नागरिकांच्या लसीकरणावर भर देण्यात येत आहे. राजधानी मुंबईच्या प्रशासनाकडूनदेखील खरबदारी म्हणून वेगवेगळ्या उपायोजना केल्या जात आहे. तसेच लहान मुलांच्या लसीकरणासाठी मुंबई मनपाने आगावीची तयारी केली आहे. शहरातील बीकेसी येथे जंबो व्हॅक्सिनेशन सेंटर उभारण्यात आले असून येथे 15-18 या वयोगटातील मुलांचे लसीकरण करण्यात येणार आहे. प्रत्यक्ष लसीकरणाला येत्या सोमवारपासून सुरुवात होणार आहे. त्याआधी शनिवारपासूनच लसीकरण नोंदणीची प्रक्रिया सुरु करण्यात करण्यात आलीय. 15 ते 18 या वयोगटातील मुलांचे आधारकार्ड तसेच आधारकार्ड नसेल तर शाळेतील ओळखपत्राच्या मदतीने मुलांचे लसीसाठी नाव नोंदवता येते.

 

पुणे महापालिका अलर्ट झाली आहे. महापौर मुरलीधर मोहोळ यांनी सोमवारी, 3 जानेवारी रोजी महापालिका आयुक्त आणि आरोग्य अधिकाऱ्यांची बैठक बोलावली आहे. या बैठकीत कोरोनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर निर्बंध आणि अन्य महत्वाचे निर्णय घेतले जाण्याची शक्यता वर्तवली जात आहे.
