पिंपरी : पिंपरी चिंचवड महापालिका कर्मचा-यांसाठी मागील दोन वर्षापुर्वी सातवा वेतन आयोग शासन मंजुरीकामी पाठविला असता निवडणुकीच्या तोंडावर तो चुकीच्या पद्धतीने मंजूर करून घेतला त्यामुळे सर्वच कर्मचा-यांचे आर्थिक नुकसान झाले आहे. या वेतन आयोगातील त्रुटी दूर करण्यासाठी स्व. शंकर (आण्णा) गावडे कर्मचारी महासंघ पॅनलचे पदाधिकारी शासनदरबारी प्रयत्न करतील असे प्रतिपादन पॅनल प्रमुख शशिकांत उर्फ बबन झिंझुर्डे यांनी केले.
मंगळवारी (दि. 22 फेब्रुवारी) पिंपरी येथे आयोजित केलेल्या पत्रकार परिषदेत झिंझुर्डे आणि स्व. शंकर (आण्णा) गावडे कर्मचारी महासंघ पॅनलचे सर्व सदस्य उपस्थित होते.
यावेळी झिंझुर्डे म्हणाले कि, पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका कर्मचारी महासंघाची स्थापना सर्व कर्मचाऱ्यांचे संघटीत प्रश्न सोडविणे, कामगारांना चांगल्या प्रकारचे जीवनमान देणेकामी प्रशासनाकडून चांगल्या सोयी-सुविधा उपलब्ध करुन घेणे इत्यादी कामी सन २००२ साली पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका कर्मचारी महासंघ ही कामगार संघटना मान्यताप्राप्त झाली असुन स्व. शंकर (आण्णा) गावडे, शशिकांत ऊर्फ बबनराव झिंजुर्डे, मनोज माछरे, दिपक गळीतकर, हनुमंत लांडगे, पद्मा कांबळे आदी अभ्यास व अनुभवी व्यक्तींमुळे आज अखेर पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका कर्मचाऱ्यांना सर्व सुविधा उदा: मनपा कर्मचा-यांना वेळोवळी ५ वा वेतन आयोग १० वेगळी व जादा वेतन, ५ व्या वेतन आयोगास समकक्ष ६ वा वेतन आयोग, मनपा कर्मचाऱ्यांकरीता ना नफा ना तोटा या तत्वावर महासंघ मेडिकल्सची स्थापना, अधिकारी/कर्मचाऱ्यांकरीता कॅशलेस धन्वंतरी स्वास्थ्य योजना, मनपा कर्मचाऱ्यांकरीता स्व. शंकर (आण्णा) गावडे स्मृती कामगार भवनाची उभारणी इत्यादी कामे अत्यंत प्रभावीपणे साकारलेली आहेत. शुक्रवार, दिनांक २५/०२/२०२२ रोजी पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका कर्मचारी महासंघाची सन २०२२-२०२४ या कालावधीसाठी लोकशाही पद्धतीने निवडणुक पार पाडण्यात येणार आहे. सदर निवडणुकीमध्ये स्व. शंकर (आण्णा) गावडे कर्मचारी महासंघ पॅनलचे पॅनलप्रमुख श्री. शशिकांत ऊर्फ बबनराव झिंजुर्डे हे अध्यक्ष पदासाठी निवडणुक लढवित आहेत.
दिनांक ११/०१/२०२० रोजी पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिका कर्मचारी महासंघाची निवडणुक झाली होती. सदर निवडणुकीमध्ये अवघ्या काही मतांच्या फरकाने स्व. शंकर (आण्णा) गावडे कर्मचारी महासंघ पॅनलला पराभवास सामोरे जावे लागले. परंतु गेल्या २ वर्षांत सदर पराभवाचा फटका मनपा कर्मचाऱ्यांना मोठ्या प्रमाणावर सहन करावा लागला आहे.

वास्तविक माहे जुन २०१९ मध्ये सातवा वेतन आयोग शासन मंजुरीकामी पाठविला असता निवडणुकीच्या तोंडावर तो चुकीच्या पद्धतीने मंजूर करून घेतला व त्याचा नाहक परिणाम कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या वेतनावर झाला. त्यातील त्रुटी दूर करण्यासाठी शासनदरबारी प्रयत्न करणार आहे.

७ व्या वेतन आयोगामध्ये कर्मचाऱ्यांचे विविध भत्त्यांमध्ये वाढ करण्याची मागणी दुर्लक्षीत केली असुन कर्मचाऱ्यांचे ते भत्ते वाढवून देणेकामी शासन दरबारी योग्य तो पाठपुरावा करण्यात येणार आहे.

तसेच सन २००५ नंतर मनपा सेवेत रुजु झालेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना शासनामार्फत नविन परिभाषीत अंशदान पेन्शन योजना लागु करणेत आली आहे. सदर पेन्शन योजना बंद करून पुर्वीची जुनी पेन्शन योजना लागु करणेबाबत दिनांक १९/०२/२०१९ रोजी मा. महापालिका महासभेची मान्यता घेतली असुन सन २००५ नंतर मनपा सेवेत रुजु झालेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना पुर्वीची जुनी पेन्शन योजना लागू करणेकामी माहे जुन २०१९ रोजी मा. आयुक्तांचा प्रस्ताव शासनाकडे पाठविणेत आला आहे. या प्रस्तावाबाबत ७ वा वेतन आयोगाच्या शासनाकडील प्रस्तावामध्ये सुद्धा मंजुरी मिळणेकामीचा विषय घेण्यात आला आहे.
तसेच मनपा कर्मचाऱ्यांची शैक्षणिक अर्हता बदलल्यामुळे अनेक कर्मचाऱ्यांचे अतोनात नुकसान झाले आहे. सदरचे नुकसान भरून काढण्यासाठी आम्ही सर्वजण कटीबद्ध राहणार आहोत. तसेच आरोग्य विभागातील कर्मचाऱ्यांना लाड कमिटी शिफारशी पुर्ववत लागु करणेसंबंधी शासन दरबारी योग्य तो पाठपुरावा करणार आहोत. यामध्ये गरज भासल्यास राज्यस्तरीय आंदोलन करण्याचा आमचा मानस आहे कारण हा प्रश्न फक्त पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरपालिकेचाच नुसन महाराष्ट्रातील सर्वच महानगरपालिका नगरपालिका, स्थानिक संस्थांचा आहे.
तसेच स्व. शंकर (आण्णा) गावडे स्मृती भवनाच्या बांधकामामध्ये श्री. शशिकांत ऊर्फ बबनराव झिंजुर्डे यांचेवर भ्रष्टाचाराचे आरोप करण्यात आले आहेत त्याबाबत कोणतेही आरोप ते सिद्ध करु शकलेले नाहीत. सदरचे बांधकाम ते ज्या दराने करुन घेणार होते त्यात ते अपयशी ठरले असुन बांधकामामध्ये कोणत्याही प्रकारची बदल/ दुरुस्ती करणेत आलेले आहे त्याबाबत कायदेशीर पुरावे अद्याप सादर करण्यात आलेले नाही. तसेच कर्मचाऱ्यांमध्ये सतत दिशाभुल करण्याचे वातावरण निर्माण करण्याचे काम सुरु आहे.
मनपामधील अधिकारी व कर्मचाऱ्यांप्रमाणे प्राथमिक शिक्षकांसाठी वैद्यकीय उपचारांची सेवा देणेकामी आम्ही कटीबद्ध असुन मागील २ वर्षांमध्ये निर्माण झालेल्या त्रुटी दूर करण्याचा प्रयत्न प्राधान्याने करणार आहोत. तसेच सदर प्रेसनोट सोबत जोडलेल्या वचननाम्यातील वचनपूर्तीसाठी आम्ही सदैव कटीबद्ध आहोत.
