पुणे, 12 मे – ‘सनातन संस्थेचे संस्थापक आणि हिंदु जनजागृती समितीचे प्रेरणास्थान परात्पर गुरु डॉ. जयंत बाळाजी आठवले यांच्या ८०व्या जन्मोत्सवाच्या निमित्ताने संपूर्ण भारतभरात हिंदु राष्ट्र – जागृती अभियान राबवले जात आहे. या अभियानाचा एक भाग म्हणून पुणे येथे 15 मे च्या सायंकाळी 5.15 वाजता भव्य हिंदू एकता दिंडीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. समस्त हिंदूंनी या हिंदू एकता दिंडीमध्ये मोठ्या संख्येने सहभागी व्हावे’ असे आवाहन सनातन संस्थेच्या वतीने श्री. चैतन्य तगडे यांनी केले. पत्रकार भवन येथे आयोजित सनातन संस्थेच्या पत्रकार परिषदेत ते बोलत होते. या पत्रकार परिषदेला सनातन संस्थेचे प्रा. विठ्ठल जाधव, हिंदु जनजागृती समितीच्या कु. क्रांती पेटकर, अधिवक्ता नीलेश निढाळकर हे उपस्थित होते.

श्री. चैतन्य तागडे यांनी पत्रकार परिषदेत हिंदू एकता दिंडी काढण्याचा उद्देश स्पष्ट केला. ते म्हणाले की, ”सनातन संस्थेचे संस्थापक परात्पर गुरु डॉ. जयंत बाळाजी आठवले यांच्या जन्मोत्सवानिमित्त सनातन संस्थेच्या वतीने रामनवमीपासून संपूर्ण पुणे जिल्ह्यात ‘समाजसाहाय्य, राष्ट्ररक्षण आणि धर्मजागृती’ या तीन सूत्रांतर्गत मंदिर स्वच्छता अभियान, हिंदू राष्ट्रासाठी मंदिरांमध्ये सामूहिक प्रार्थना घेणे, प्रवचने घेणे असे विविध उपक्रम आयोजित केले. या सर्व उपक्रमांना समाजातून उत्तम प्रतिसाद मिळाला. हिंदूंचे संघटन झाल्यानेच हिंदुहित साधले जाणार आहे. याच अनुषंगाने हिंदु राष्ट्र-जागृती अभियानाच्या माध्यमातून हिंदू एकता दिंडीचे आयोजन केले आहे. भगवे ध्वज, पारंपारिक पोशाख, विविध पथके, परात्पर गुरु डॉ. आठवले यांच्या जीवनदर्शन ग्रंथ असलेल्या पालख्या अशा प्रकारे दिंडीचे स्वरूप असेल.” दिंडीमध्ये सहभागी होणाऱ्या संघटनांनी स्वतःचे बॅनर, पथक, पथसंचलन या माध्यमांतून उत्स्फूर्तपणे सहभागी व्हावे असेही आवाहन या पत्रकार परिषदेच्या माध्यमातून करण्यात आले.

हिंदू एकता दिंडी पायी निघणार असून दिंडीचा आरंभ महाराणा प्रताप उद्यान (भिकारदास मारुति मंदिर चौक, बाजीराव रस्ता) येथून संध्याकाळी ५.१५ वाजता होणार आहे. दिंडीचा मार्ग : महाराणा प्रताप उद्यान – बाजीराव रस्ता मार्गे लक्ष्मी रस्ता – अलका टॉकीज चौक – स्वातंत्र्यवीर सावरकर स्मारक, डेक्कन येथे सांगता होईल.
