पिंपरी चिंचवड: यमुनानगर, कस्टम चौक येथे बर्याच दिवसांपासून उघड्यावर कचरा फेकणार्यांची संख्या वाढत असल्याने. गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून जनवाणी संस्थेचे पर्यवेक्षक त्या ठिकाणी निरीक्षण करण्यासाठी थांबवीण्यात आले होते.

निरीक्षणामध्ये काही प्रमाणात कचरा येण्यावर फरक जाणवल्याने,
त्या ठिकाणी सुशोभीकरण देखील करण्यात आले होते.
परंतु काल सकाळी याच ठिकाणी बहुतांश कचरा आढळून आल्याने. जनवाणी पर्यवेक्षकांनी कचर्याची प्रत्येक पिशवी रिकामी करत तपासणी केली.त्यामध्ये नागरीकांचे काही पुरावे आढळुन आले. यामध्ये ऑनलाईन ॲमेझॉन ची खरेदी पावती, महाविद्यालयाचे ओळखपत्र, दवाखान्यातील उपचार तपासणीची कागदपत्रे होती. या कागदपत्रांच्या आधारावर त्यांच्या निवासस्थानी पोहचुन उघड्यावर टाकलेल्या कचरा फेकणारे नागरीकांवर र.रु. 5000 दंड आकारून आरोग्य निरीक्षक अमोल ग. गोरखे यांनी धडक कारवाई केली.
यमुनानगर येथील आरोग्य कार्यालयाकडून यापूर्वीही प्लॅस्टिक बंदी, तसेच स्वच्छता मोहीम राबविण्यात आली होती. त्या अंतर्गत नागरीकांमध्ये जनजागृती करण्यात आली होती.
व त्या मध्ये अनेकांना समज नोटीस देखील बजावली होती.

यावेळी आरोग्य निरीक्षक अमोल गोरखे , राजु चटोले , मांडरे , बि.व्हि.जी. सुपरवाईजर अबु जाधव सर.
जनवाणी संस्थेचे प्रभाग प्रभारी ज्ञानेश्वर शेळके सर तसेच जनवाणी पर्यवेक्षक उपस्थित होते..
